Line Media Research Co.,Ltd. (Develop of software and hardware/ Hamamatsu-shi, Shizuoka/ Yukiharu Ishizuki president) starts "MRecord service" which changes into a streaming file the image taken by the PDA with TV telephone from August 1, 2002. Moreover, an application is accepted on the same day.

This service is the network that can change into a streaming file the image taken by PDA with TV telephone, such as FOMA and Lookwalk, and can be seen on PC. For the individual and the corporation, we prepared the service plan that attached importance to the use scale and the cost side.As one of the service, there is an "automatic call forwarding service" which performs automatic transmission to the image distribution server that the visitor prepared from the MRecord server after changing into a streaming file. In the case of the "share channel plan" in an automatic call forwarding service, cost performance is realized at a low price. And in "an exclusive channel plan", the personal digital assistant equipped with two or more TV phone functions by one contract can be used, and it becomes the contents of service with almost no use restrictions.As another service, there is " accumulation service".
In accumulation service, the image taken by the PDA with TV telephone function is ]in the state of a streaming file, and is accumulated to MRecord server. The "Individual service A" that can accumulate a maximum of 5 files of the images for 30 seconds, the "Individual service B" that can accumulate a maximum of 20 files of the images for 1 minute are in "accumulation service" plan. Furthermore, there is "corporation service" which can accumulate a maximum of 50 files about the image for 1 minute other than the service for individuals. We prepare the above-mentioned service plan and the individual, the company, the group, etc. enabled it to use them widely.

1.Accumulation service
This is the service that keeps files in the MRecord server, after converting the image taken by the cellular phone to a streaming file.
(1)Services A and B for individuals
We prepared two service plans for individual. "Individual service A" can accumulate a maximum of 5 files for the image for 30 seconds to a server, and "individual service B" can accumulate the image for 1 minute to a maximum of 20 file servers. With these services, the PDA with a TV phone of one per contract can be used. Please choose the optimal plan according to your use situation.
(2)Service for Company
This is the service that can accumulate a maximum of 50 files for the image for 1 minute that limited one of a PDA with TV telephone under the treaty of 1 time, and was taken by it to a server. This service can be used by a company, a group, etc. broadly.

1. This shows the number of files that can be updated to MRecord server every month.When the number of the files updated exceeds the decided number of times, an image can't be accumulated to MRecord server.
2. We refuse strictly the direct link to the streaming file created by MRecord. If you carried out direct link to streaming file, we delete user's registration based on a use agreement, and make use of all MRecord service impossible.

2.Automatic forwarding service
This is the service automatically transmitted to a visitor's server from MRecord server, after converting to a streaming file the image taken by the PDA with TV telephone function.
(1)Share channel plan
This service can use one PDA with a TV phone function per contract. It may not be connected depending on a connection situation. It is because the circuit of this service is used by share with other users. Please understand the situation beforehand.
(2)Exclusive channel plan
This service can use two or more PDA with a TV phone function per contract. It can be used regardless of transmission restrictions, picture recording, or reproduction time. Moreover, since we offer the circuit only for users, user can use regardless of a circuit situation.

1. Our company and MRecord service are not offering service which exhibits the converted streaming file in specific Web contents. When a user wants to exhibit on the Internet the streaming file created by this service, a user has to prepare an image distribution server and exclusive contents.
2. With this service, in case a streaming file is transmitted to a user via FTP, the attached information (videotape-recording time and cellular phone number) about a streaming file etc. is transmitted together.
