(Supplementary data) About how to pay a use charge


Charge list
Please see the details of use conditions and the contents of service in a MRecord service website or a "MRecord charge outline."

1.Accumulation service

2.Automatic forwarding service

(The example of payment)

When accumulation service and the individual service A are used.
(User has to pay the charge of six months from next month when it registered as a club member.) .
Initial registration fee → 3,000yen .
Monthly charge (6 months) → 3,000yen ×6
Consumption duty → 1,050yen .

Notabilia
  1. The consumption duty is not included in the above-mentioned charge list.
  2. Please pay an initial registration fee and a monthly basic charge (6 months) to the appointed bank of our company at the time of MRecord service first time use. No matter what reason the charge paid at once may have, it cannot be repaid.
  3. Please be sure to pay a use charge by the appointed day of our company. Use of service may be stopped, when payment is not checked, even if it passes over the appointed day.
  4. A user has to pay a transfer commission. Please understand the situation beforehand.
  5. A user can use MRecord service for free till the last day of the month when payment was checked, and it can be used for pay for six months after that. The period from an application to a payment check day cannot use this service.
(Ex. When the user applied for service use on December 10 and payment is checked on the 11th)

Please pay a charge by the following methods within the period which can be charged service used.

1. Automatic debit transfer
2. Remittance (Please transfer a charge to the designated account of our company by the appointed day.）
